The Dorcas Albania Foundation has been working in Albania since 1992, creating sustainable livelihoods and social protection for older people, young people and marginalised groups. Our programmes draw on the strength of partnerships with community organisations, the private sector, educational institutions and state authorities, so that our work has a lasting impact.

Our approach rests on being there on the ground, all the time, on listening to communities, and on finding solutions that work in their everyday reality. We work with people to build lasting solutions — from empowering individuals to strengthening community structures.
